The things a child learns in their earliest years can stay with them for a lifetime, shaping dreams and aspirations, and helping to build character. With this in mind, we have designed our pre-school classes to improve upon the vital skills and traits that your child will need to succeed whilst ensuring they have a lot of fun in the process. Ages 3+

RECREATIONAL
Our Recreational Gymnastics classes are open to any child from the ages of 4 to 16. Participants will make use of Europa’s Olympic-grade equipment, under the supervision and tutelage of fully qualified and DBS checked coaches. This progressive training programme aims to build and improve upon basic gymnastic skills, whilst at all times emphasising the safety and enjoyment of all taking part.

ADULT GYM
If you are a first timer or whether you are an experienced gymnast we hold adult gym sessions that require no skill just the desire to learn.
Europa's adult gymnastic classes are tailored by our coaches who have a wealth of experience whether, it be gymnastics all the way up to dance and personal training. The sessions run on Tuesday evenings 8:00pm- 9:30pm, each class is £11.50, you will require to have a full British Gymnastics membership and a Europa membership.
