ADULT GYM

At Europa, we have designed our Adult Gymnastics classes to accommodate gymnasts of any age and skill level, from complete beginner to seasoned competitor. You will make use of Europa’s Olympic-grade equipment within our purpose-built gymnastics Centre, and will be watched over and instructed by one of our highly qualified coaches. You will see your confidence grow as you learn impressive new skills and build your core strength, balance, spatial awareness and general athleticism.

In these classes, you can learn at your own pace, with training tailored to you and the skills you wish to gain or improve upon. Classes are run as group sessions, with you receiving personal coaching in whichever gymnastic discipline you choose before being given time to practice.

Whether you want to dazzle with somersaults, improve your general fitness or simply have fun with friends, these classes are perfect for all.

Adult Gymnastics classes take place each Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 to 9:30 pm

at the Europa Centre Vimy Way.
