PARTIES FAQ
1. What is the age limit?
A minimum of 3 years, and a maximum of 11.
2. What equipment do they get to play on?
Note some of the equipment available is harder for very young children to use, although we try to provide a variety of equipment for all ages.
There is a giant bouncy castle with a large slide, soft play shapes, sprung bouncy track, vaulting objects etc.

3. When will I receive my invoice?
You will receive your invoice 2 -3 weeks before the date of your party. You will also receive a phone call nearer to the time to answer any queries you may have.
4. What time can we arrive?
15 minutes before the allocated party time. It is advised that your party guests arrive on time.
5. Do parents stay?
They can if they want. It's up to you if they go into the party itself. Alternatively, they can sit and wait in the coffee shop.
6. Can siblings of guests also play in the gym?
It's up to you, it's your party! If you are okay for them to stay and pay it will be a charge of £12 for additionals with food included and £8 for play only.
7. What food will be included?
Each meal comes in a party box and is preselected by you. Choose from a variety of different hot foods including chicken nuggets, cheeseburgers, and sausage rolls.
8. Do I include the birthday child in the numbers?
Yes, the birthday child will need to be included in your guest numbers. For example, 25 children would include the birthday child and 24 guests.
