Whilst we make every effort to place children into groups corresponding with their school year and age, this may not always be possible due to the need to balance class sizes and maintain appropriate gymnast-to-coach ratios. Where reasonably practicable, if a child is due to attend a session in which there is a significant age difference between participants, we may contact the purchaser in advance to inform them and, where available, offer an alternative session. However, we shall be under no obligation to do so, and any such contact or alternative offered shall be entirely at our discretion.
