Our Early Years Gymnastics Programme At Vimy Way, Crayford supports children through each stage of their early childhood journey: Baby Stars for babies from 12 weeks to toddling, Little Rockets for children who are walking to 2 years, Rising Rockets for children aged 2–3 years, and Shooting Stars for pre-school children aged 3-4 years.
Through gymnastics, sensory play, imagination and guided discovery, our experienced coaches help children build confidence, coordination, independence and social skills in a safe, fun and nurturing environment. Baby Stars
Stage 1: 12 Weeks to toddling

Taking place in our dedicated Early Years Studio, this session is a gentle, welcoming class where sensory play and early gymnastics come together to help babies explore, discover, bond and reach early milestones.
What Children Will Do
Babies will enjoy nursery rhymes, tummy time, rolling, crawling, reaching, sensory play, gentle movement, textures, themed activities and playful discovery.

Little Rockets
Stage 2: Walking to 2 Years Old

A playful, confidence-building class that takes place in the main gymnastics hall, and where little walkers can explore movement, grow independence and start developing early gymnastics skills through fun, active play.

What Children Will Do
​Children will enjoy walking, climbing, balancing, jumping, bouncing, rolling, soft play, nursery rhymes, themed activities and free equipment exploration
Rising Rockets
Stage 3: 2 - 3 Years Old
​
A fun, active class in our main gymnastics hall where children aged 2–3 years, build independence, confidence and early gymnastics skills with their grown-up close by for support.
What Children Will Do
Children will enjoy rolling, stretching, jumping, landing, balancing, climbing, body weight activities, movement circuits, themed challenges and playful gymnastics exploration.
Shooting Stars
Stage 4: 3 - 4 Years old (Pre-School)

A fun, coach-led, structured pre-school gymnastics class helping children build confidence, independence and skills ready for Recreational Gymnastics.
What Children Will Do
Children will climb, balance, jump, roll, swing, travel, explore apparatus, complete circuits and enjoy themed gymnastics challenges.
